Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established healthcare organization in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting, with a strong focus on serving diverse and underserved patient populations. FQHC experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care
• Manage chronic and acute conditions
• Deliver preventive care and wellness services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• MD/DO – Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active California Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• FQHC experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
