Job Description

Permanent Physician – Cardiology – Non-Invasive

Position Type: Permanent
Specialty: Physician – Cardiology – Non-Invasive
Location: New York
Rate: Permanent Placement Fee $25K
Shift: Days (50/50 hospital and clinic coverage)

Position Details:
  • Patient Population: Adult cardiology patients
  • Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
  • Responsibilities: Treat non-invasive cardiology cases, perform procedures, provide hospital and clinic coverage, participate in call rotation
  • Required Procedures: Non-invasive cardiology procedures
  • EMR System:
  • Support Staff: 7 Cardiologists, 5 APPs, certified technologists, exercise physiologists
  • Days Per Month: Full-time
  • On-Call/Weekends: 1 weeknight per week (phone call). Weekend call rotation 1:5 with APP support

Submission Requirements:

  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology
  • New York License (or willing to obtain)
  • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days)
