 Job Description

 This is a full-time on-site Podiatric Surgeon role. The Podiatric Surgeon will be responsible for performing surgeries, treating various foot and ankle conditions, conducting biomechanical assessments, prescribing orthotics, and managing diabetes-related foot issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive podiatric care, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention for a wide range of foot and ankle conditions.
• Manage diabetic patients with a focus on prevention, wound care, and complications related to foot health.
• Evaluate and treat complex foot deformities.
• Utilize expertise in biomechanics and orthotics to assess and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in on-call rotations and weekend rounding when assigned.
• Maintain accurate documentation and deliver high-quality patient care to all age groups (0-100).

Qualifications

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree.
• Completion of a Podiatric Surgical Residencyprogram.
• Board Certified or ABFAS Eligible/Qualifiedin Podiatric Surgery.
• Strong surgical skills with experience treating complex foot deformities.
• Knowledge of diabetes and its effects on foot health.
• Clinical experience in biomechanics and orthotics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
