Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Tracy, CA, working within a K-12 school setting. This position involves managing a caseload of approximately 55 students, providing essential speech and language support across all grade levels. The role offers a dynamic environment where you will collaborate with educators and families to enhance student communication skills and overall academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Monitor student progress and adapt interventions to ensure continued improvement.
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student development.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred, with caseload management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders affecting K-12 students.
  • Ability to engage effectively with children, families, and education professionals.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
