Associate Dentist (Full-Time) – Boise & Nampa, ID

Our well-established, highly reviewed private practices, Towne Square Dental and Nampa Smiles, located in Boise and Nampa, Idaho, are seeking full-time Associate Dentists to join our growing teams. These modern, state-of-the-art offices offer strong patient bases, experienced teams, and supportive leadership committed to your success.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry care
• Diagnose and treatment plan for a wide range of cases
• Build strong patient relationships and deliver high-quality care
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
• Active Idaho State Dental License
• Strong foundation in general dentistry
• Experience with endodontics is a plus, but not required
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Motivated and eager to grow
• New graduates are welcome, mentorship is available

Pay & Compensation

• Daily guarantee for the first 6 months
• 30 percent of adjusted production
