Job Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based medical care to adult patients in an outpatient setting
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical staff including NPs, PAs, RNs, and MAs
• Support quality improvement initiatives and population health programs
• Perform preventive screenings and chronic disease management for adult patients
• Participate in on-call coverage and inpatient rounding as appropriate

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active Illinois Medical License or ability to obtain
• DEA Certification
