Job Description

Position Type: Permanent
Specialty: Physician - Maternal Fetal Medicine
Location: Michigan
Rate: Open & Negotiable
Shift: Days + shared on call

Position Details:
  • Patient Population: High-risk obstetric and maternal-fetal patients
  • Setting: Clinic and Hospital
  • Responsibilities: Manage high-risk pregnancies and fetal complications, provide consultations, collaborate with OB and specialty teams, participate in education of students/residents, regional coverage with some travel
  • Required Procedures: Maternal Fetal Medicine evaluations and management of complex pregnancies
  • EMR System:
  • Support Staff: MA, Sonographer, and additional support staff
  • Days Per Month: Full-time schedule
  • On-Call/Weekends: Shared call; primarily phone with hospital visits as needed

Submission Requirements:

  • Board Certified in OB/GYN
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine
  • Michigan license or willingness to obtain
  • DEA, BLS, ACLS
  • NPDB self-query within 30 days
