An established boutique Concierge Primary Care practice in a highly desirable Morris County community is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join and grow an already busy, relationship-driven practice.

This is a unique opportunity to practice high-quality, personalized medicine in an affluent area with a strong demand for concierge services and a focus on healthy aging and preventive care.
Client will take summer 2026 Residents!

• Concierge Primary Care model with limited patient panel (200–250 patients, up to 300 max)

• Existing patient base already engaged in wellness-focused care, including hormone replacement and other health optimization services

• Patients accustomed to paying for enhanced access and personalized medical care

• Emphasis on long-term relationships, proactive care, and physician autonomy

• Convert existing patients to the concierge primary care model

• Very reasonable office hours

• No Inpatient hospital management or hospital call

• On-call responsibility limited to your own concierge patients

• Practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced—without volume pressure

• Guaranteed base salary: $250,000

• Expected earnings at full panel : $450,000 plus

• 401k plus health insurance provided

• Significant upside as panel matures

• High quality of life with proximity to NYC, excellent schools, and top-tier amenities

• Board-certified/board-eligible Primary Care physician (IM or FM)

• Enjoys patient-centered, relationship-based medicine

• Comfortable with concierge/on-call care for a private patient panel

• Interest in wellness, preventive care, and healthy aging preferred
