Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support students from preschool through 12th grade in a school setting located in Amarillo, TX. This contract role begins ASAP and continues through the end of the school year, providing an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse K-12 caseload.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across all grade levels, from preschool to high school.
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings, preferably across various grades.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and therapeutic techniques.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload ranging from preschool through high school students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
