Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in Nfinity Athletic's daily operations by supporting receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and restocking. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to accuracy to ensure customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition.

Receiving & Inventory

• Unload deliveries, verify shipments, and check for accuracy and quality.
• Organize incoming stock and update inventory records.

Order Fulfillment

Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.

Prepare shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.

Restocking & Organization

• Replenish shelves and maintain organized warehouse zones.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.

General Support

• Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.
• Support special projects and seasonal warehouse needs as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory systems a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or move for extended periods.
• Dependable, adaptable, and motivated to learn.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse setting with physical activity including lifting, bending, and repetitive movement.
