OBGYN Medical Director Opening in Cincinnati, OHSeeking an experienced, visionary OBGYN Medical Director to lead the Women’s Health Program. This unique dual-role position blends full-time clinical practice with strategic, programmatic, and leadership responsibilities. Ideal for a physician looking to influence the direction and growth of women’s health services in a thriving community.The OBGYN Medical Director will: Provide full-time clinical care, including office visits, surgery, and deliveries Practice at a community hospital with a Level II NICU and approximately 1,600 deliveries per year Lead program development and strategic expansion for Women’s Health services across the east side of Cincinnati Collaborate with hospital leadership and multidisciplinary teams to enhance quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and service-line growth Mentor physicians, APPs, and support certified nurse-midwives Partner with maternal-fetal medicine specialists from a major academic medical center Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with protected administrative time Participate in a 1:6 call rotationCompensation & Benefits Compensation aligned with candidate experience and expectations Leadership stipend with dedicated administrative time Signing bonus and relocation assistance Student loan repayment options Comprehensive benefits, including: Health, dental, and vision insurance HSA and FSA options Disability and life insurance 403(b) with company match, 457(b), and supplemental executive retirement plan CME funding * Generous PTO and work-life balance resourcesRequirements Board Certified in OB/GYN Active Ohio license or willingness to obtain Minimum 5 years of OB/GYN clinical experience Leadership experience – highly preferred* Clean malpractice and license history – highly preferred
