Regional Operations Manager Benefits & Compensation


  • Base salary: $80,000–$110,000 plus annual bonus opportunity

Regional Operations Manager Requirements & Qualifications


  • 5+ years of commercial cleaning operations experience
  • Prior role managing field operations or supervising other managers, in the janitorial industry
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), fully proficient in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Proven background enforcing processes while building strong relationships
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the DMV region and based near Washington, DC
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Track record of solving operational challenges proactively


Regional Operations Manager Preferred Background & Skills


  • Progressively advanced roles within commercial cleaning operations (Area or Regional Manager)
  • Strong people leadership and hands-on approach; credible with front-line teams
  • Experience transitioning accounts and managing dispersed, multi-site teams
  • Comfort operating in evolving, entrepreneurial environments


Regional Operations Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Oversee and support a team of Territory Operations Managers across the DMV area
  • Lead operational quality, inspections, and customer relationships for a portfolio of accounts
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for service delivery issues and customer concerns
  • Coach, hire, and develop Operations Managers while driving accountability and process adoption
  • Regularly visit customer sites to support teams and maintain high-quality standards
  • Manage administrative, HR, and documentation compliance across accounts
  • Identify risks related to customer satisfaction, workforce performance, or contractor relationships, and address them early
  • Report key trends, risks, and wins to senior regional leadership
