Non-CDL Delivery Driver - $24 Per Hour

TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL driver to support local operations based in Farmington Hills, MI.

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

Non-CDL Driver Details: 

• Schedule: Monday - Saturday

• Pay:  $24 Per hour

• Route Type: Local

• Freight / Load Type: Displays, boxes and kitchen cabinets

• Equipment: Automatic, 20' - 26' Box Truck with liftgate

• Handling: Touch freight, Dolly & Hand Truck use

Non-CDL Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• License: Non-CDL

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: DOT Med Card

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

Non-CDL Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate Non-CDL equipment on local routes 

• Transport Non-CDL equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including touch freight

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
