FOH Vail Connect Banquet

This will be a multi-floor large scale heavy appetizer with non-alcoholic beverage services. This role will be customer facing and will require food & beverage service skills, event set up and tear down and ability to keep buffet areas restocked and well maintained. Large scale catering experience required. Must be able to work independently, follow directions, manages time effectively, minimize distractions, and take ownership.

• Greet guests and provide friendly customer service
• Take food and beverage orders
• Deliver and serve food and drink items to guests
• Monitor and maintain buffet stations to keep them stocked and organized
• Help set and bus tables
• Comfortable working in a busy environment
• Stand for long durations during shift
• Lift, move, and carry food items and trays
• Follow all sanitation and safety rules and regulations
