Job Description:

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to join its collaborative and growing medical team. This position is open to both experienced physicians and recently trained fellows. The role offers a balanced schedule with outpatient clinic responsibilities and limited hospital-based consultations, supported by a collegial medical staff and strong administrative resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage patients with diseases of the joints, muscles, bones, and tendons

• Provide outpatient rheumatology care with limited inpatient consultations

• Participate in shared call rotation for evenings and weekends (office patients and inpatients) between two rheumatologists

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team to deliver high-quality patient care

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted Wisconsin medical license (or ability to obtain)

• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Rheumatology (ABMS or AOA)

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Rheumatology fellowship

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Demonstrated curiosity, determination, and commitment to patient-centered care
