Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a skilled Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings, serving students in the Vilonia, AR area. The position offers flexibility with options for virtual or onsite work, supporting multiple educational centers in the North Little Rock area. Candidates will provide essential OT services to students from November 2026 through June 2027 under a contract arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and documentation aligned with school requirements.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student development and participation.
- Adapt therapeutic strategies to meet individual student needs within the school environment.
- Coordinate with a designated facilitator at each site when working virtually.
- Manage caseload and therapy schedules as determined following the start of the school year.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials suitable for school settings.
- Proven experience working as a school-based occupational therapist.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfort with virtual service delivery when required.
Location:
- Position supports multiple centers in the North Little Rock area, with primary placement in Vilonia, AR.
- Option to work onsite or virtually with facilitators supporting onsite coordination.
Work Schedule:
- Contract position running from November 2026 to June 2027.
- Expected 24 to 40 hours per week; specific caseload and hours will be finalized after the school year commences.
