Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Dental Office – Garden Grove, CA

Our multi-specialty dental practice in Garden Grove, CA is seeking an experienced Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. We are a long-standing, patient-focused office with a strong reputation, advanced technology, and a supportive team environment. Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Dedicated lunch hour
• No weekends

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and support the dental assisting team in daily operations
• Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures
• Take initiative in managing clinical flow and ensuring efficiency
• Prepare and break down treatment rooms
• Take and process digital radiographs
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Support use of advanced technology, including scanners and digital systems
• Ensure a high standard of patient care and experience

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California
• Prior experience as a dental assistant (lead experience preferred)
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures
• Comfortable taking initiative and working independently
• Experience with modern dental technology (scanners, digital systems)
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Familiar with dental specialties preferred
