This role focuses on providing comprehensive outpatient care in a patient-centered environment with integrated behavioral health services and strong care coordination support.The position is ideal for physicians who value team-based care, evidence-based medicine, and developing long-term relationships with patients while managing a diverse and sometimes complex patient population.
