Stateline Maserati Alfa Romeo INEOS (operated by Mills Automotive Group) is seeking a polished and highly motivated Luxury Brand Ambassador to serve as the face of three of the world’s most distinctive automotive brands.
This is a rare opportunity for a polished sales professional to join a premier luxury automotive environment. As a Brand Ambassador, you will deliver personalized, white-glove service to an elite clientele while representing the heritage, performance, and design excellence of Maserati and Alfa Romeo and the bold utility of INEOS Grenadier.
We are looking for someone who understands that luxury is an experience, and every detail matters – from the first greeting to the final delivery. The ideal candidate is confident, articulate, and genuinely passionate about premium automobiles and the people who drive them.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet and engage guests with warmth and professionalism
- Build rapport and trust with high-end clientele through consultative, pressure-free interactions
- Showcase in-depth knowledge of Maserati, Alfa Romeo, and INEOS vehicles through immersive walkarounds and test drives
- Represent the brand at private events and curated experiences, both in and out of the showroom
- Manage the sales process from first contact to post-sale follow-up with elegance and attention to detail
- Provide transparent guidance on pricing, financing options, and after-sale services
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain a premium showroom environment and cohesive client journey
- Maintain ongoing relationships to encourage loyalty and future vehicle purchases
What You Bring:
- Previous luxury automotive sales experience or experience in a related high-end industry (e.g., luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality) preferred
- A proven track record of sales performance and superior client service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in working with high-net-worth individuals
- Tech-savvy, with an understanding of the latest in-vehicle features and digital selling tools
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule
- Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
